Question: What is a good Workout Plan.?
im 17 years old, 5 foot 8 and i weigh 120lbs. i want to start working out to get bigger so i dont look like a twig and my goal is around 150lbs. is there any way to do this quickly.? also what is a good workout plan for each day of the week.? any information about diet and supplements would be greatly appreciated as well.Health Question & Answer

If You Are working out to get bigger muscle and increase your muscle mass weight then i will offer you a good workout plan
Sunday(Bench Day)
Bench Press 4 Sets x max no of reps ( Use HEAVE weights even if you cant reach 10 reps its not important your are going for bigger muscles)
Barbell Incline Bench Press - Medium Grip
Butterfly
Decline Dumbbell Bench Press
Decline Dumbbell Flyes
Push Ups
Tuesday(Shoulder Day)
Thursday(Biceps And Triceps Day)
Friday (Back)
That Should come in handy and remember to do push ups everyday before you sleep and after you wake up
And as for diet aim for like 140 gm Protein Thats compatible with Your weight IF YOU DON'T EAT RIGHT THERE IS NO BENEFIT FROM THE WORKOUT, yea of courser you wont be able to obtain the 150 gm from food only just have a breakfast tuna or eggs and as for lunch meat, chicken (breast) or turkey these are rick protein food, and on dinner 2 tuna cans and salad , between meals eat as many as you can from fruits, protein bars, eggs white
If you are aiming for increasing your size then amino fuel or whey protein would be perfect! (consult your doctor before taking any), these stuff give you mass and size and rick in protein but remember choose a good kind!! if you choose a cheap one it might affect you badly
No there no way you can do it faster!, for good sake if there was you would have find malls full of men like john cena but instead what do you see.? =D, but taking the amino fuel should do it faster , to reach your weight you need 3 months and you will weight 150
