Birth control are steroids. They are not the anabolic / androgenic steroids that athletes take but are instead related to female hormones - estrogen and progesterone.

If a guy takes female hormones then he will start to have aromatization side effects relating to lessened male hormones (namely testosterone) and increased female hormones (progesterone, estrogen).

In short...

The guy may get gynecomastia (man boobs) and will likely become emotional, have a lessened sex drive, less frequent and strong erections etc.Health Question & Answer

DON'T DO IT! It's female hormones, and being a guy, that means it will imbalance his chemistry. If he takes them regularly, he can grow ****.

also, that's just a waste of the Pill. Seriously, be responsible. If you won't, there are other poorer women who probably would like to be on the pill if they could afford it to avoid having more kids.Health Question & Answer

It's not a good idea! He might grow boobs! The hormones in birth control are the same as regular female hormones.

Even if he wants boobs, sharing prescription drugs is illegal and dangerous!Health Question & Answer
