Well, i was sleeping in US history class today, but when i woke up my left testicle was hurting, and i mean everytime i moved it was pain, i wasn't even moving it was pain, and i couldn't even walk right. The pain lasted about 2 hours-3hours. I used to be hit in the nuts a lot(not so often anymore), im 16 years old, and idk what else i can tell you to help with my problem.Health Question & Answer

Okay, you fell asleep in a class. That is the telling point. You were sitting up, in a hard seat chair. You were most likely wearing jeans and/or those tight-fitting girlie panty underwear. Being hit in the 'nuts' isn't causing you any problems as they'd be there nearly all the time. The testicles have a wonderful 'recovery rate' from such traumas.
You most likely slid forward a bit on caught the testicle between yourself, the chair and your undergarments rode up. Your testicle was well and truly trapped with nowhere to run. It was most probably rotated a little - just enough - to kink either/or both your epididymus (can never remember how to spell that word) and blood supply.
Either will cause the same symptoms you experienced. The most likely of the two is a blockage of the venous return from your testicles which would cause a temporary swelling of the blood vessels. If it was almost a complete venous blockage then the very tiny vessels in your testicle would swell and that, my friend, can be one interesting pain to have to put up with.
The problem resolves itself when you move sufficiently to allow the blood to flow properly again but even so the pain can take a while to go away.
If this pain returns then go see a doc for deeper investigation. Otherwise try:
1. Don't fall asleep in class again.

I agree with guessmyn and also letting ppl hit you there is bad for your health even if its not often Ex: If you smoke sometimes you dont get a certain cancer until about 1-2 yrs later" Oh and You shouldnt let any1 touch there until you have yaknowat with a girl unless its a doctor.
