I'm cutting and trying to lose weight, do you think it's a waste to write down each calorie consumed?!

Question: I'm cutting and trying to lose weight, do you think it's a waste to write down each calorie consumed.?
I've lost 50 lbs over the course of a year through eating 5-6 meals a day, cardio, and weightlifting and it's getting difficult to get down to a lower bodyfat percentage. but
Do you think it's a waste to write down each calorie, the amount of protein/carbs/fat everday.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
I don't think its a waste to write down calories.
It has been such a successful tool for many trying to lose weight; if you take it seriously, you'll feel guilty eating anything extra. It keeps you in check, all the time.Health Question & Answer

Yes I do. such a waste. just watch what you eat. you can look for lower fat calorie counts in the foods you buy, but other than that, i wouldn't count... by this time, after losing all that weight (congrats by the way!) you should be able to tell what is too much and whats about right.

and dont be discouraged in losing weigh now.. its going to be harder than before just because there is less of it to lose. make sure you are drinking water all day.Health Question & Answer
