When erect the two kinds of penises look more similar than they do when soft, but they definitely do not look "the same". Uncircumcised guys' ***** will vary in how they appear when erect, their foreskin might be retracted to varying degrees, in other words you might be able to see the entire head, or just see it partially, or not see it at all. On a circumcised penis the head is mostly or entirely visible even when soft, and when hard it is completely visible with little to no loose skin on the shaft. Almost but not quite because uncut looks more natural and the glans isn't all yucky and dried up. For some intact guys the foresin doesn't retract automatically on erection so it's still totally or partially covering the head. You can tell that the foreskin is bunched up too sometimes. also some cut guys don't have the frenulum and you can see the circumcision scar.

Actually yes. When they pull the skin back and it retracts when erect it does almostl ook the same. Altho it depends on how much foreskin the man has.
I have seen uncut guys that look JUST like they are cut because the skin tightens up so much when they get hard. And then I have seen guys were it still covers the head when erect. But all youhave to do is pull it back and it's fine. It loks cut.

An uncircumcised Penis normally has mobile skin even when erect allowing for masturbation without lubricant. Furthermore many uncircumcised penis's have enough skin to cover the head of the penis even during an erection.

No, they don't look the same. uncircumcised ones have the foreskin over the glans, circumcised does not. If you retract the foreskin it will look similar.
