My husband is 44,im 40 and we have been happily married almost 18 yrs....During actual lovemaking he can last 15-20 minutes and this 15-20 minutes DOESNT include foreplay...This amount of time is enough to satisfy both of us so there is no need for it to last any longer...I was just curious about this thats all nothing more.Health Question & Answer

This is the time during sexual stimulation that it takes for a man to achieve an orgasm. also the refractory period also increases. That is the time it takes to get fully aroused with sexual stimulation again. The plus side of this for the female is as she ages, she is able to achieve multiple orgasms during a 20-30 minute sex session.
