also how old are you.? If your too young you can hurt youself because your still going threw puberty. You sound like 10-12 to me. Talk to your doctor about this and see what they think about it.

Yes you do have a small piece of skin under the head that is attached to your for skin, yes it's uncomfortable to pull back after full erection but it shouldn't bother your that much, if it does I would have it cut. Lol.
