dont you hate it when little timmy (or whatever you wanna name him) from the soccer team comes up in the locker room and says "look how ripped I am!" and flexes a six pack that's only there cause he's skinny as hell.
i personally have a six pack, but think its the lowest form of bodybuilding.
if you've got a six pack but skinny little arms and legs and no biceps to speak of, go to abercrombie, not the gym.Health Question & Answer
