Hi, Im a 13 year old male and about 4'6''. My voice has started to get deeper and Im starting to look more muscular. I have blonde hair by the way. So i think im getting a little pubic hair down there. So my skin around my penis has gotten a kinda rough, dry feeling and there are really short blonde hair in that area. There are some spots where it is brownish because of the build of up hair in one place. Health Question & Answer

Your pubic hair is probably starting to grow in. Although I have fairly dark brown hair on my head, when my pubic hair started to grow in, it was very fine, soft, straight and blonde. It's very fine at first and not as noticeable. With time it will come in darker, more coarse and curly. Sounds like you may have the beginnings of pubic hair.Health Question & Answer
I think you answered your own question. IT usually comes in light and smooth, later it gets darker and starts to curl. Sometimes it itches when it is coming in.Health Question & Answer
