honestly, there is no real answer, it'll grow, and as most people know the national average is somewhere around 6 inches at full growth (whilst erect of course)
Personally, at 14 I was about 5 inches erect. so i had another 1.3 inches to grow till I was 16 (which I hopes my average).
on a medical note, if your penis is exceedingly small (say a few centimetres erect) then you should see a doctor as you might have the condition commonly known as Micro penis (Yes this is real). It is not SUPPOSED to be any size. It is the size your genetics predetermined it to be. Nothing more nothing less. That is, unless you do some extreme form of lengthening. It all depends on your health, race, body height and weight and if you have yet hit puberty. At 14 some men are in the stages of puberty, some are just beginning.
