What makes a difference is the level of confidence you bring when you swing it around. Obviously if it's just for you when you masturbate, then it's fine. If it's for a girl or guy, most people get turned on by the idea that you know what you're doing.

Unless yours is really really small like under 4.5 inches it doesn't matter to most women. When you think about it, unless a girl pulls out a ruler, they can't just look down and tell exactly how long it is anyway.
