Why can i not sperm? i really need help please?!

The reason you can't ejaculate is because your body hasn't matured enough to the point where the body can produce Seminal Fluid and mature Sperm for you to ejaculate when you orgasm after masturbation or whatever. You don't have a disease, it's just your body. There are many males that can't ejaculate at the age of 15. You'll probably be able to ejaculate soon. If you're really worried, ask your parents if you can see a doctor.
