I think im not normal?!


Question: I think im not normal.?
before i eat, i check my weight every time. For example, yesterday before i ate, my wieight was 185, then after i ate rice and eggs, and when i wieghed myself, my weight increased to freakin 190. I just ate a little, and im shocked. When i woke up today, i weighed 183. I know, my scale, But nobody touches my scale and it is trustworthy and accurate....what do u guys think i should do...?.? flucutation in weight through the course of the day is normal, it would be loss of water, after having a meal meals or even water retention.
