Protein intake during off days?!


Question: Protein intake during off days.?
I lift weights 5 days a week and do cardio 5-6 days a week.?

Saturday and Sundays are my two off days from weightlifting,

Saturday I'll do some cardio but that's it.

My question is I usually consume at least 1gram of protein/pound of bodyweight during the days I lift weights, but during my off days should I consume just as much protein or less.?

I feel like I am eating too much protein if i eat the same amount on my off days when i sometimes just sit around the house and don't do in any activity at all.Health Question & Answer
