I'm worried about a friend. How can I help him?!

Question: I'm worried about a friend. How can I help him.?
He eats KFC daily and then tries to counteract this with daily exercise.

When I say daily, I mean 3 variety boxes and a corn on the cob, that strangely, I've never seen him eat. I think he just gets that to add a tiny bit of virtue. Or maybe not.

How can I help him see what he is doing is harmful.?

He's only 28.Health Question & Answer

Perhaps your FRIENDO could confide in someone he trusts.

A really good FRIENDO who will support him and not pubicly humiliate him.

Your FRIENDO sounds like he needs some care and possibly needs confidential discussion with those closest to him.

If you are a good FRIENDO you will stop spreading details about him that he told to you, a good FRIENDO, in confidence.Health Question & Answer

I presume you can talk to him without him flying off the handle.? Maybe rent or watch on line Supersize Me, all about a guy who goes from eating healthy food to living of fries etc, and he follows the health implications with having his blood check regularly.Health Question & Answer

Make him look in the mirror and not just at his chicken thighs..
(I've seen those thighs, they look like original recipe instead of extra crispy)
