it's probably smegma that you just haven't managed to wash off yet.
If your foreskin is stuck behind your head, be careful with this; there's a chance that you could be blocking blood flow to the penis. Try using some baby oil or lotion on the head and foreskin and see if that helps get the foreskin back into place. It's just possible that all you did was either pull the foreskin off the head (bound by smegma), or you may have torn your frenulum slightly.

Right firstly the white stuff, you haven't really explained it very well but it sounds to me like its pre-***, which is nothing to worry about all men get it. And my boyfriend had the same trouble with his foreskin he couldn't pull it down at all, all he did was gently pull it down just a tiny bit every day until it finally stretched.
And sensitivity differs with different men, if its sore try using vasaline and avoid shower gels when washing.

the white stuff would only be sperm if you had been masturbating and not cleaned yourself properly.
you say you don;t think it's smegma but that is probably what is.
no one on here can really diagnose your problem. i would wait a day or two and if your penis is no petter, go to see your doctor.

Sorry dude, it's really hard to say what you got going on there. I know it sucks, but you best be going to the doctor and have it looked at. You don't really want to mess around with the health of your penis do you.? You could have an std or some infection that needs antibiotics.Health Question & Answer

The white stuff probably is smegma if it has been there for a few days. Your head is supposed to be sensitive actually, that means your foreskin is doing it's job, but if you think you've torn anything definitely see the doctor about this. However, if your doctor says anything about circumcision get out of there and find another doctor, preferably one that understands the intact penis and foreskin, and one that won't automatically jump to the conclusion of circumcision just because he does not know how to care for an intact penis (like your ignorant doctor who forced your foreskin back prematurely).
