Well, I don't your girlfriend will mind, as this is you becoming more 'manly'. She has probably already started puberty as girls tend to start before boys.
As for changes, let's see.
You'll get hair around your penis, and under your arm pits, your legs and arms will get hairier; and you will eventually get some on your face. You might some hair on other parts of your body like stomach and chest.
Your penis and tecticles will get bigger
Your voice box will get bigger resulting in a deeper voice.
Your pores will be open more meaning you could smell a bit more, so shower more often.
You might get 'wet dreams' which is just your bodies way of depositing excess semen

when you start puberty you get hair under your armpits on private on your chest. why wouldnt she still like you when you're going through it, and it can start from the beggining of 12 years old to the beggining of 13 years lol (12 - 13 years old) and im just gunna tell you this, when i went through puberty 1st i got a little bit of hair , about in the middle of my hair growth "stage" my balls got a little bigger, then my voice chanced, it all happens over about 6 months - 10 months, but i feels like a week lol trust me it is good and nothing bad will happen, it's not like a girls periodHealth Question & Answer
I have to agree with cool dude... she'll be going thru some changes herself. Its a fact of life with everyone... some start earlier or later than others.. everyone at their own pace. Yes you will notice some physical changes with your body, but they are not bad ones, its just awkward for you until its all done with. If you feel comfortable talking about it with your parents or one more than the other.. do so, they won't bite you. Hey, Here's a thing see just don't worry about whats happening usually hair starts to grow on body and things grow but don't get hyped up about it.
