im 18 and i have had sex 4 times. all with the same girl. howver i couldnt ejaculate or orgasm one single time. we have had sex for up to 1 1/2 hours straight...but nothing. i dont know why this is. also she feels bad b/c she cant make me ***...so i usually fake an orgasm if its taking too long. why is this the case for me and is there anything i could do.?

Well... everybody's got a different body. There might be many reasons for that, the anti depressant meds might have something to do with it. But the truth is, if it takes you a long time when you masturbate, it will definitely take you longer when having sex (because when you masturbate, you touch yourself exactly where you like it).
You might try not to ejaculate for a few days before having sex, and try to focus on your sensations during sex instead of focusing on having an orgasm. That will definitely help.

possibly you respect her way to much to ever have an sexual feelings for her.
and anti depressants are sometimes horrible. they can totally throw off your sex drive. maybe ask your doctor to change pills.
i know it sucks to have to change your pills and with each new pill comes a new risk.

It could be something emotional, or it could be the antidepressants. also, try using a thinner condom, if you're using them, or look into products to increase sensitivity.Health Question & Answer
