Why do you need so many snacks.? You could work with your doctor to eliminate the need for at least some of them. Pumps help with a no snack routine, but I did it for a number of years on MDI (multiple daily injections) talk to your doc.
But, no needing snacks in and of itself, should not be an issue for employment. But you need to eat something small and very quick with however many carbs you need. If you're taking 10 minutes at each of those times, you would never get any work done. As far as lows go, just keep a bottle of soda or juice at your workstation. If you go low you can easily take a few sips without stopping your job.Health Question & Answer

hello ,
break snacks are not a big deal buddy ,
maximally 5 min is enough for each ,
you just have to plan what to eat and to prepare it (if needed) 1 day in advance, if you do that KFC won't fire you
even a medium-size apple is an acceptable snack !
1 slice whole-grain bread with 3-4 low fat cheese pieces (7-8 gr for each) with a cup of artificially sweetened tea (or sweetened with low refined sugar , about 2gr or half of small teaspoon)
2 pieces fresh diet rusks (7 gr each ) with a cup of milked coffee (sweetened with asparteme)
I gave you sample snacks recommended for diabetics and eating anyone of them never exceeds 5 min

It really depends on how quick your "quick meal breaks" are. In that line of work and some of those hours you described would be considered their busy times and having someone to take a break, even for medical purposes could be disruptive since others would have to leave their own assignments to fill in for you.......It's something you would need to discuss with the manager at the time you applied for the job.
Medical conditions don't automatically assure you placement in a job like that.Health Question & Answer

This should not be an issue. If they do make it an issue you can sue under the Americans with disabilities law.Health Question & Answer
I think all fast food places and most work places have to make special arrangements for you to take your breaks and take care of yourself . so I dont think this should be an issue .Health Question & Answer
