As long as you don't make a toffee casserole with chewing gum for dessert, she should be fine! The pain from braces usually lasts a day or two after they're put on (or tightened/adjusted) so she'll be fine by now. I'm sure she wouldn't mind the special treatment though :)Health Question & Answer
sheshould avoid eating hard and sticky food as these can cause the damage to the braces. for more inormation on dental topics you can visit the following link

It's been a long time since I had my braces, but I remember that whenever they put them on or when I had adjustments, they would always be sore for a day or two. Softer foods are better then. Otherwise, they should be able to eat pretty much anything. Avoid gum and hard candies, though. They can break off the brackets, causing more dental work to be needed.Health Question & Answer
I had braces for three years.. and you can pretty much eat anything! Just make sure she brushes her teeth right after and she will be fine. It shouldn't hurt when she eats if she got them a couple weeks ago. After i got them tighted monthly it would hurt for like a day.. and sometimes I would cut my pizza up into bite size pieces, but pretty much anything is fine to eat. Health Question & Answer
If she got it on a few weeks ago, then she should be okay to eat anything. Just don't give her anything thats insanely hard or sticky and you should be fine =)

Pretty much anything except caramel. As long as she brushes and uses the Platypus Flosser, which works great anywhere. You will be fine.Health Question & Answer
