i have pins in some of my teeth and the filling has come out. the pins are still in place and sticking out which are irritating me when i move my tongue around. and i recently got a tiny sore on the tip of my tongue, could my tongue rubbing against the pins cause this problem.?

I'm guessing that you had a root canal and never went back to get a permanent crown. You need to go see a dentist to either extract that tooth, or put on a crown right away.Health Question & Answer
