Question: Super sensitive teeth/gum problem.?
right behind my bottom teeth, like where the end of my tounge is..
it is so sensitive to cold! like i can barely drink ice water.
help!

You must be having sensitive teeth either because of gum problem or because of teeth grinding as you are wearing braces, the more chance is that you are having gum problem. I have very sensitive teeth and this is how I fixed it.

I brush with watered down, food grade ,hydrogen peroxide.
Then I floss with (clean, new,) thin fishing line.

I forgot the reason why it works but I read it in a book for natural cures.
I do it myself and it works.

do you grind your teeth in your sleep .? this might be the cause

ask your dentist to check & see what they think, if so they can make you a night guard
