Oh yea you will be fine. This takes me back to my youth when I had a retainer. Makes me miss those days. I felt so odd when I didnt have it. I would freak out just like you are doing now. And I would keep checking in the mirror to make sure they didnt move. dont worry at all! i am supposed to wear mine 24/7 for a year and i only wear it a nights and usually forget to put it.. its really no big deal at all.

i have gone a whole week without wearing them because they took my braces off and then they messed up on my retainers to i wasnt wearin anything for a week and nothing happen to my teeth. just after that keep wearing them and ull be fine.Health Question & Answer
