easy
use a very soft toothbrush, and get a specialty toothpaste for sensitive teeth. Brush right after every time you finish a meal or snack.

Arm & Hammer has a great one, but Colgate also has an effective one.
or get one that also builds your enamel back

Spend the $5 and greatly improve your brushing schedule before you develop problems that will cost you hundreds !Health Question & Answer

OMG!!! Arent you wondering why they are hurting.?.?.? Ideally you should brush your teeth 2ce a day, in the morning after breakfast & at night time just before you go to bed, so the flouride in your toothpaste does its job whilst your asleep. If they are "sore" or sensitive to hot or cold, then its definetly something to do with the nerves, & your nerves are down at the bottom of your roots of your teeth, in other words your looking at paying big $$$, could be a root canal or crown if thats not successful. Might be a wake up call to start looking after them alot better. see a dentist ASAP because your teeth are unforgiving when they are not happy. Good luck.Health Question & Answer

Hon, you either have a cavity or you have tooth decay that has reached the nerve of your tooth and is causing pain. Either way, you have to start taking better care of your teeth and gums or eventually all your teeth will rot out and you will be in terrible pain until they fall out. I am not kidding. The only way to ease the pain is to see a dentist ASAP.Health Question & Answer
