I got my braces off in February and was told that I only have to wear them in the evenings like after work and all night. I forgot my retainer at home and I'm out of town for Sat & Sunday afternoon. Will I have a problem if I don't sleep with them on Saturday night.?Health Question & Answer

It depends on how long you've had your retainers.
If its been at least six weeks, you should be fine, just make sure you wear them for the whole day as soon as you get back.
One night won't totally mess up your teeth. Its only bad if you keep on skipping many nights.
