To answer your question: absolutely yes.
Its dangerous though, hah.
Eat pure foods that are extremely low volume but have massively high calorie density. A comparison, broccoli would be HORRIBLE to gain weight, it is approximately 3 grams of mass to 1 calorie. Moreover, not of those calories even digest (lots of fiber!). Now, take almonds for example, they are nearly 6 calories to the gram. Thus, in comparison, eating 100 grams of almonds is 600 calories, 100 grams of broccoli is 33 grams. A difference of 18x. Eating things that are calorically very dense would be my recommendation, hopefully my example helps.
