EXERCISE regime suggestions?!
Question: EXERCISE regime suggestions.?
I want to develop A STRONG PHYSIQUE with all the "rippling muscles" that turns (ladies) heads.
I am a 45 y.o. businessman, cauc, healthy, living in Texas.
How "effective" is using (what I hear being called) Progressive-resistance exercises vs. Aerobic exercises toward my "buff"-muscular aim.?
I do have a black Sport cord that sits (patiently) inside my closet.
I am now wearing the pair of .75 pound each WRIST WEIGHTS on my hands while doing everything (typing, filing, lifting; all simple movements.)
Should I intentionally perform Major muscle movements to gain a more dramatic improvement.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
First, lose the wrist weights. You'll likely do more harm than good with those!
Second, for that "ripped" look, you'll want to focus on a full body workout with resistance from weights, kettlebells and/or bands. For example, start doing some lunges, squats, step-ups, deadlifts, swings and snatches. Throw in some cardio a couple of times a week such as high intensity sprints.
