Question: How do they do it where you eat every 4 hours i think.? help.?
i've read about eating every 4 hours i think or is it more or less.? how much do you eat each time.? i heard it has alot of benifits and you lose weight even quicker that way and would like to try it. thanks :)Health Question & Answer

i believe it's every three hours about five to six times a day
drink plenty of water, that also helps when losing weight
only eat until your satisfied not until your full because when your full it usually means bloating
eat slowly and try eating without a tv on, enjoy what your eating, it'll give your brain the illusion that you're eating more than you actually are
EXAMPLE
7am - breakfast (such as a bowl of cereal)
10am - a piece of fruit or yogurt (anything small like a snack healthy though)
1pm - lunch
4pm - another small snack
7pm - dinner (try having a soup or salad before your dinner so you feel a little more full)

u eat every 3-4hrs i do 6 meals of 6 and 500cals in each but im trying to gain weight
when losing i recommend every 4hrs 3 meals 2 snacks
Breakfast 500cals(high protein high carb low fat) 630am 4 egg beaters on a whole wheat bagel
snack 250cals(high protein medium carb) 1030am a protein bar
Lunch 200pm 500cals high protein high carbs like a chicken sandwich w/ and apple and milk
dinner 600pm high protein medium fat low carb something like meat steak and veges
snack 930pm 250cals have 1cup cottage cheese and 1/2oz nuts for before bed it helps for muscle maintaining
