Question: I need a good crash diet plan for 6 days to lose 8-9 lbs.?
I know it is unhealthy but it's only a one time thing. So a good layout of food for each of the 6 days would be great..also tips for keeping off the weight off after the crash diet is done would be great....(not a big fan of cabbage soup if that's what you were thinking)Health Question & Answer

You do realize this isn't at all healthy, right.? The healthiest way to lose weight is to lose 2-3 pounds per week. Crash diets screw with your metabolism and deprive you of necessary nutrients.Health Question & Answer
