I'm on a diet and this is what I ate today:
Breakfast:
1 Cup Cheerios
4oz. Skim Milk
Lunch:
8" Sub (Turkey, Lettuce, Cucumber, Whole Wheat Bread)
8oz. Skim Milk
Dinner:
Bowl of Progresso Southern Vegetable Soup (Weight Watchers Recommended, 0 Points per Serving)
Apple
Salad w/ Fat Free Caesar Dressing
Dessert:
1 Cup Pineapple
No Snacks
All was eaten before 7:00 p.m. to ensure time for burning it off naturally.
Is this healthy both nutritionwise and too much/too littlewise.?Health Question & Answer

I think this sounds great, just make sure that you are eating more fiber and more green leafy veggies. Your dinner is a little light...Definitely add some more protein into your diet...Peanut butter is a great source of protein. also remember....you can eat alot of little meals throughout the day...add more snacks into your diet...just make sure they are healthy snacks like fruits. <|Make sure you are dding tons of water to your diet...Good Luck. :)Health Question & Answer
