Yes. We sweat at night and often loose a litre of fluid (about two pints) No doubt you urinated too before weighing yourself.
That is why we usually wake up feeling dry mouthed and thirsty.
Did you know that your height can also be effected.? Due to lying down the spine becomes slack. At the end of the day it compacts because of the weight of the body.
So you are taller and slimmer when you wake up than you are when you go to bed.

Yes, our weight fluctuates depending on the day (from the amount of consumption of food and water). If we eat a big lunch, then a couple hours later a big dinner...our weight would be a couple pounds heavier then if we were to weigh ourselves in the morning (sleep burns the calories and pooping and peeing all that water out and food out makes a 3-4 pound difference.)
If you see a weight difference of anything probably more than 5-6 pounds, then you've probably lost or gained some weight.Health Question & Answer

When you get up after you sleep for the day is the best time to weight yourself. I work a rotating shift so I get the most consistent measurement (for all the reasons listed above) when I weight myself as soon as I wake. Health Question & Answer
yeah you can be up to 5 pounds lighter in the morning then at night, it dosnt really matter but if you trying to lose weight and you started weighing yourself in the morning then then stick to that time Health Question & Answer
You should definately weigh yourself in the morning not at night because you've ate during the afternoon and at night.
