Will toning my legs make them not rub together when I walk?!
Question: Will toning my legs make them not rub together when I walk.?
I know losing weight will, because I went from 109 lbs to 90 lbs and then they stopped rubbing, but when my doctor saw me he said I was too skinny and maid me gain weight.
Right now, i'm 100 lbs, (i'm 5'0), but my legs rub when I walk, and I hate it.
Will toning them make the rubbing stop.?
Or what will.? (no lipo)Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Absolutely it will! Toning your muscles makes them tighter, as you know. This will create a little more space between your legs so they will stop rubbing, but you have to regularly exercise, or the muscles will become lax again.:)Health Question & Answer

Well to start off I highly doubt your legs rub together when you walk if you are truly 100 pounds. Toning will definitely help you if you are really concerned in this situation though. good luck.Health Question & Answer
