What's a good way to counteract the side effects of eating too much sugar?!
Question: What's a good way to counteract the side effects of eating too much sugar.?
I am a bit of a sugar addict. I do pretty well avoiding it except over the holidays. I ate a bunch of sugar today and now I'm all hyped up and I know I'll crash soon and feel terrible. I know eating protein helps but I'd be interested to hear if any other "sugar addicts" have suggestions for reducing the side effects of eating too much sugar.Health Question & Answer
