Question: I have alot of pain in my hamstring and calf muscle and behind my knee when I do a stretching exercise, what .?
can I do to get rid of the muscle pain.?Health Question & Answer
Answers:
Is it really pain, or is it a burning sensation of soreness.?
If it is pain, that just means you either aren't doing the stretch properly, or you've pulled a muscle (among other things), in either case, just stop stretching and let it heal.
If it is a burning sensation or soreness, the former is a sign that you're actually stretching, the ladder being the result of a stretch. Soreness will alleviate over a period of time, but you can still follow your normal routine, and the soreness will become less and less each time you do your stretches.Health Question & Answer
