im 15 years old and not comfertable with my weight. and no, its not an image thing, im definitely overweight. so anyways ive been trying to diet and exercise. the exercising part is going fine cuz i have volleyball every day but i need some dieting tips. i recently lost 5 pounds but then just gained it all back! it sucks so much please helpHealth Question & Answer

Jogging is really good - go jogging around where you live on days that you can. Or if you can't keep up with the jogging yet then do some powerwalking and you will lose weight, get fitter, and be able to jog. Eat breakfast, lunch, a snack in the afternoon and dinner. Don't worry too much about fats, proteins, and carbs because then it all gets confusing and people fail. Just eat a balanced diet and if you feel like a cookie or some chocolate, then have it. Losing weight is 90% psychological, so you can know everything about it but if your head isn't with it then you are not going to succeed.
So for breakfast have something like a healthy bowl of cereal and a piece of fruit. Lunch have a wholegrain sandwhich with lettuce and turkey or have a chicken salad and some carrots or more fruit. Afternoon have low fat yoghurt and some almonds. Dinner whatever you parents are cooking, and just control your portions.
