Question: 12 pounds in 2 months.?
I would like to be able to look good in my bikini this year... is this possible....i drink about 2 cans of pop daily on average, is just cutting pop enough or not .....THANKS :)Health Question & Answer

probley because soda is very fattening if u cant quit get diet soda and eat more veggies

and if u do quit soda get more healthy things like slim fast or like vitam water or like smoothies are good too

Probably. Pop as well as any other needless junk you're putting into your body!

Cardio will not help you burn that many calories, so please don't be fooled. An hour of cardio is about one can of pop burned off.

naw uaint supposd to drink pop at all try caffeine or juice caffeine in the morning increase ur metabolis nd natural juice is lite on carbs cals and fat. also if u check your BMR ur basal metabolism rate is shows how many calories you burn in a day. to maintain weight u even out the calories u burn with at u eat. to lose eat less calories than you burn. exercising is very imporant eat 3-5 healthy things a day drink 8 glasses o water. its only safe to lose 1-2 lbs a week good luck!! rememb ur wat u eat!;)Health Question & Answer
