Jogging up and down stairs?!
Question: Jogging up and down stairs.?
I've decided to start jogging up and down stairs to get some regular exercise, except, I don't know if this will help in keeping fit and if it is bad for your bones and joints. Are there any safety precautions I should know about.?

I use to do this when I didn't have a cardio machine, now I have an elliptical. Yes it does work and it did help me stay fit. It really depends how long you do it (I did it for like 25 to 30 min) Just make sure you watch your step and don't fall LOL.Health Question & Answer
