Question: Is it possible to lose between 25-45 pounds before Aug.? also tips please!.?
after i was put on medication for schizophrenia and depression i gained a lot of weight now that I was put on meds that wont cause weight gain i need to lose some weight i am 5'7 and between 18-24 years old and weigh 147(ish) I want to get down between 95-110 pounds before i start college so could I lose that amout of weight in that amount of time.?

also does anyone have any tips or advice for me.?
