I feel really sore from sleeping for 2 days Straight?!


Question: I feel really sore from sleeping for 2 days Straight.?
i slept for 2 days and was really inactive.
now my butt,hips,stomach,thighs and head hurts like really sore
i tried stretching but only made me feel worse.i took a warm bubble bath,it didn't work
any suggestions on how to make the pain go away.?Health Question & Answer

Ok, what you should do is drink TONS of water. This way, your muscles are rehydrated and can stretch. You probably are dehydrated and that is why it hurt worse when you stretched. Hope this helps :]Health Question & Answer

You're probably dehydrated from not replenishing the fluids in your body after 2 days. Drink water and/or fluids to get hydrated this should make you feel better. You're probably sore from the inactivity, stretch you may not see results right away but stretching always helps soreness and a warm bath with Epsom salts (miracle cure for painful joints, I know its helped alot of people) wonder why you're sleeping 2 days straight.? Is it restful sleep or are you not sleeping well and need this much just to feel rested.? You might need to get checked for sleep apnea if you're not sleeping well. Oh, well that wasn't the question. Take Ibuprofen. Your muscles were inactive for too long. also, do more slow stretches. Drink lots of water and some Gatorade.

Why did you sleep for 2 days.? If you were sick, that may explain the pain you feel now. If the headache continues, or if you cannot touch your chin to your chest, got to the ER - may be meningitis. This is very serious.

P.S. Females should avoid bubble baths, unless you shower afterwards and wash your private area. Bubble baths can cause yeast infections.Health Question & Answer
