take a hot shower and let the water beat down on it...take a coulple of ibuprophens and just try to relax..hopefully it will subside...if you dont have to do to much today and have heating pad too, use that for 10-15 minute peroids every few hours....

if it gets extreme or anything, since you didnt state to how or why it hurt, you may need to see a doc for xrays...if it is just from just achiness...resting should help it out some.
