My hands go numb randomly and are shaky all the time...?!

Question: My hands go numb randomly and are shaky all the time....?
If i put my hands above my head for even the shortest period of time they go numb and sometimes even when i am just sitting there. My hands are constantly shaking as well. It tends to get worse when i work out. Sometimes i do tend to drink too much caffeine and i considered that, thinking it was the problem. I cut out all caffeine and my hands were still shaky and went numb. The only thing i could think of was that i have poor circulation. Is that what this is.? Are there any remedies for it.? What should i do.?Health Question & Answer

I would go with the poor circulation. You should call a doctor and figure something out before you get a heart failure or something.Health Question & Answer

Wear gloves, Rub your hands together every few minutes to keep the circulation steady. Maybe if you 'tell' your body to keep pumping through your hands by flexing them and rubbing them together it might help.Health Question & Answer

You might have a Thyroid problem. I had a lot of tremors before I started taking Thyroid medication.
Can't explain the numbness, tho.Health Question & Answer

you might need potassium (wow i spelled that with ease), bananas have potassium, but if problems persit seek medical attention.Health Question & Answer
