Question: For years I wake up near the same time, 7:15-7:30am, every morning. No matter when I went to bed..?
Even if i go to bed in a different place, or drink all night. My eyes open and my feet hit the floor like clock work.
I'm not upset about this but just curious why it happens. Any ideas.?Health Question & Answer

its called 'body clock'

basically youve been used to waking upo at the same time for that long that your body wont even need an alarm clock. i have the same time but its 8am to 8:30.

you could go to bed at 6am and still wake up at 7:15 yeah.? you might fall back asleep but you still wake up at that time. its psycologicalHealth Question & Answer

We all have what is referred to as an internal alarm clock. Couldn't tell you how it works, but everybody has one. You can train your body to wake up at different times. Next time you go to bed, try telling yourself to wake up at 8:00 or some other time and see if it works.Health Question & Answer

I believe it's because your body is so used to waking up at that time that everyday like clockwork it does it. Has to do the meletonin in your brain. It signals your body to wake up at the same time every day.Health Question & Answer
