Well I have my earlobes pierced twice, a helix piercing, and a navel piercing, so I know pain really well! An earlobe piercing doesn't hurt if you get it done with a gun, it'll only be a sharp pinch for about 2 minutes. I'm not sure about a needle, but I can guarantee it won't be anything extreme. You'll be fine!

It'll hurt about as much as your first set of piercings. The most painful piercings on your ears will be through the cartilage, so as long as your second set is also on the lobe, it shouldn't hurt any more than the first set.Health Question & Answer
