idk if its anything but no matter what i am always very very cold. Im in Texas! its not cold here! lol. even when its in the 80's im cuddled up in a thick jacket because im freezing. I am hispanic and used to have dark skin but lately my complection has gotten a lot whiter and even my fingernails dont look as pink anymore.
i got a thyroid/anemia test few months ago but during that time i wasnt constantly cold. could it be somethin else or should i get tested again.?Health Question & Answer

I am also a light skinned ethnic girl.
I get pale in winter because my body does not get any Vitamin D, which our skin usually gets in the summer time.
My nails and hair get weak too ! its all because a lack of vitamin D.
If you like Mushrooms, they have a lot of Vitamin D themselves, or
you could go to the pharmacy and take a vitamin D supplement, it really helps me in the winter!Health Question & Answer

Go get tested again in the meantime, put on some warmer clothing and turn up the heat. It's been cold down in Texas.
