Question: HELP, what can I do to get rid of the pain in my calves.?
I did about 100 calve raises on Friday, then on Saturday my calves started hurting but it wasnt so bad, I could still walk, so I just stretched it out and hoped it would get better. Then today I can't even walk, I nearly fell on my face when I got out of bed today. I try stretching them, but everytime I do it feels like they're going to explode.
What can I do.? And how do I prevent this from happening.?

And I can't see a doctor today because it's Sunday, but I will go see one this week if it doesn't get better.Health Question & Answer

Yeah that is what happens when you work out, you damage your muscles and your body rebuilds them and for them to properly rebuild them they need to be rested so your body can repair them and make them stronger. By the way you did too many you probably burned muscle instead of working them out, you should do sets and reps for example 3 sets of 15 by adding resistance(weight) just stay relaxed that day eat a lot of protein and if the pain is too much take an NSAID like advil(ibuprofen), aleve(naprosyn) or aspirin(aspirin)Health Question & Answer
