Question: My knees are hurting from lunges...?
Should I stop.? Is there anything I can do to make them feel better.?

If something hurts then you need to stop doing it. Yes, stop doing the lunges - knees are tricky and you do not want to cause a permanent injury. Recommend you stop for a bit before doing anything else. For now you should just rest, ice, wrap if needed and put your legs up on soft pillows and just watch some tv. Then after about a week or two look to starting some therapy. There are knee exercises you can do to strengthen the knee, but the stress of the lunge is high, so don't continue to do them.
