I notice a lot of people have been getting them in recent weeks. I think I'm starting to get one too; I've been sneezing a lot and have some other slight symptoms. What would be best to stave it off...or will I just get it.?Health Question & Answer

I use airborne it really helps and I have some medical problems that cause me to have a low immune systeme but it helps me get sick much less often. you can buy it at any drugs store (riteaid walgreens etc.) or wal-mart has it too.Health Question & Answer
drink plenty of water.wear socks all the time.house shoes to if you got them.don't leave windows or doors open apond nightfall.and wear a undershirt under your regular shirt.usually starts with sinus drain in to throat then lungs.if you feel it going into lungs take mussin-x.but if you don't drink with water it won't work.the more water you drink the better you feel.and the more stuff comes up out of your chest i took it every 4hrs. for about 16hrs. and it made me feel 45%better and the next day almost completely better.Health Question & Answer
If you think you're getting sick, take 3000 mg of vitamin C. Don't worry, you can't overdose on it! I know it sounds like alot. Once you feel like yourself again just take a daily dose of vitamin c, like 500 mg a day to help your immune system stay healthy.
