Stiff neck and tension headaches?!
Question: Stiff neck and tension headaches.?
Ok, I'm doing 5 courses online, which mostly involve computer work (networking, windows server 2003, Unix, math and communications. math is the only one I work on off the computer). I also have a blog, and a start-up web design company. also I run a local web-based society, and do graphic design for a friend's indy-label.
Basically, I spend all day in front of the computer.
I have a small curve in my back, which puts me slightly off kilter. Doctor says it's there but not bad enough to do anything about. I also wear glasses.
Tonight I have a major headache that water isn't curing, and my neck feels like its burning. I can't take pain killers because of a stomach ulcer.

Answers:
To be honest, you need to take an hour out of the day for yourself. take a bath or stretch, heck just go outside and take a nap under a tree.
Secondly, take either chamomile or some other relaxing tea. Loosen up. then stretch and loosen your neck muscles up. You need to really loosen up and try to relax and much as you can.
That is the best way to loosen up the tension and get that crick out of your neck. Health Question & Answer
