Please use proper English when you type so we can better understand you and in turn, better help you. Getting the wind knocked out of you is when you get hit in some way and "lose your breathe." You can't inhale for a few seconds, and you feel like you are stuck exhaling forever. Getting the wind knocked out of you and seizing are two very different things my friend.Health Question & Answer
