pain in the back isnt a symptom it would be more tords the front/side..........the doc thought i tore mine and thats where the pain was but i broke my plica so thats how i know its not in the back.......u could have injured ur knee and keeping it bent and limping will cause pain in back thats what my orthi said cause i started to have pain in back of knee to but i injured mine very badly.......i would see a doc immedalaty......if it is a ligament tear it could need surgeryHealth Question & Answer
